As strange as it sounds, Ocean Peoples is a festival for all people who love the ocean, in the middle of a bustling city. If you think about the ocean, I guess you can come up with various topics and ideas, since the ocean has a culture of its own, with people relying on it, food, music, art, for example, but its also constantly in danger and its environment carries many problems. All of those topics (and more) will be considered at this event in Yoyogi Park.
